Degrassi Jr. High Question

I just finished watching season 1 of Degrassi Jr High and Now I am on Season
2. What confused me is that I seen Liz in Season 1 just walking in the halls
and in the class room, but when in season 2 she is a new student. What's up
with that. Or am I going delirious....

You must be watching really closely. I would guess that the actress was just
used as an extra before they hired her as an actual character.

Is "Degrassi Jr High" the first installment of the series? Someone told me
that there was "Kids of Degrassi Street" or something of that nature.
Anyway, I'm on the hunt for season 1 myself.

that there was "Kids of Degrassi Street" or something of that nature.
Anyway, I'm on the hunt for season 1 myself.

Yes there is a kids of degrassi before degrassi jr high, The
characters all have different names, but many of the same faces can be
seen in that series.

Thanks! I gather this was just prior (a year or so) to the series "Degrassi
Junior High"? I wonder if that's out on DVD as well?

Also, anyone know when the new season will start? I presume CTV will be
picking it up again.
