I've missed a few episodes of TNG and started watching the repeats of the
third season here in Australia. Anyway, I was wondering when did Mr Raditch
become the principal of the school in TNG? What was the story behind this?
Did any of the cast members that were in the original show talk about him
coming back? Or was he the principal right from the start and I have just
forgotten.

PS. anyone know where I can a torrent of the entire second season of TNG?

Mr. Raditch was the pricipal from the first episode, "Mother and Child
Reunion"
